Catching up!

Jason was a good sport and let my little sister, Tahna practice a pedicure on him! Frightening, not right!
Ya... like I said, frightening, not right!!!! Yes, those are Jason's lovely feet!!

We celebrated Kade's 12th birthday at Nana's. He's a little deacon now! He went to his first mutual activity up in the white mtns, too. I was a little teary eyed when he walked out the door with the teenagers to go!!

This is Cam on his last day of 1st grade doing a reader's theater. We're so proud of how far he's come over the year. It was amazing to hear him reading with such ease knowing that just a few months ago he had such a struggle with it! Great job, Cameron!

Bailey auditioned and was chosen for a solo part at Centennial High's end of the year choir concert. She looked and sounded beautiful! We're so proud of her. I can't believe she'll be a sophmore this August. Crazy...

Family reunion

Bay and Maddy at our family reunion in June on Nana's ranger. They crack me up!

Me, Erin, and our cousin, Jill the pill, at the reunion
We all had a great time taking rides in the ranger. Later that night we even went
out spotlighting in it! We had a great time in the pines!

Kade and some of the Butler cousins on Aunt Dana's trampoline. Cute little women!

Aunt Faun and my little Cal pal

Disneyland and Beach fun

This was the scariest ride any of my kids would go on. Seriously!!!
We loved the "Honey, I shrunk the audience" show!

Me strikin a pose with Jason at the beach They had such a great time at the beach. I love my kids!

Pierce celebrated his 4th birthday on April 26th. And I celebrated buying my last diapers for good! I won't be missing that!!

We finally got our back yard done. It was alot of work for such a tiny space!
Bailey was such a hard worker! We never would have gotten it done without her!

Pierce lookin manly with his shovel on top of the pile of dirt. And ya, surprise, surprise, he's not wearing any pants. So out of character for my boys.... Ha!

Bailey and I laid all the sod ourselves. And the grass is growing! Girl power!

Jason wearing the beard he found in our garage that day. Warms my heart to see him and the boys supervising. That's the hardest part, right???? He's watching me and Bay thinking," Can't you women move any faster, geez! And one of you ladies fetch me a drink, I'm parched!" :)

Erin and Joe's newest addition, Maxwell Joseph. Such a tender little man!
My little superhero, Cameron. He cut these glasses out himself! He's so creative. I love the
little bugger!!

As I was soaking in the tub the other morning, I glanced up and saw these little treasures stuck in the votives hanging on our bathroom wall. Their toys turn up in the most interesting places!

Which leads me to this picture. As we were climbing into bed that very night Jason turned down the covers to find a few of Pierce's toys he must have been hiding. We just grinned at each other and said how we love our little boys . In the words of one of Kenny Chesnea's songs, that's " The good stuff". Stuff we'll miss sooo much years from now. I love my kids!:)

Cameron at Jason's work party. I think he got what he asked Santa for!
You're never too big to sit on Santa's lap, right, Kade!

My Bailey modeling her new coat. What a cutie!

Yes, that's snow on my lawn here in Las Vegas! It's been coming down nonstop all day! It's beginning to look alot like Christmas!
Me and my sweet Grandma.... I love her so much.

Me, Mama, and Erin in Grandma's room in Arizona. I have the greatest family!

Although the funeral for my older sisters' dad was a sad occasion to gather for, it still gave me a chance to go and show support for them and my love for their dad, Trent. I have the world's most awesome sisters!
Saturday night in Arizona after a long day we all gathered at my sister, Jona's to visit and listen to my nephew, Collin play the guitar and sing while we all sang along to Elton John, Queen, you name it. It was so much fun! We stayed up til the early hours of the morning!!

This is Collin and a cousin, Ericka Dalton. Ericka is a real angel who spent alot of time with Dana and Callie at the hospital.

This is little miracle girl, Callie who I realize I'm obsessed with OK! We were at my mom's and had the music turned on and Callie was so workin it! She loves to dance. In this picture she was doing that little bum shakin move. It was hilarious! Can you believe this is the little girl they thought wouldn't live to see her 2nd birthday, which by the way is next month! Yay!

Me and Callie at her Grandpa Burke's funeral. They did a surgery to open up her eyelids last week so she's able to see the world without tilting her head back and peeking through her one eye like she did for so long. It's an adjustment as now her eyelids won't close and her parents had a real struggle to get her to sleep with her eyes open. It breaks my heart what this little girl has to go through but she fights her way through it all with remarkable strength. The terrible two's have never looked so good!

I threatened Jason that if he refused to smile normal for a picture, I'd post whatever smile he gave me. So bamm! Here it is! Welcome to my life!!!
I was looking at this picure in shock at how grown up my little girl is getting. Without my tall shoes, Bailey is as tall as me now! I think she's beautiful inside and out and am proud of what a great girl she is. She's a really fun kid. Always willing to embarrass herself for a laugh!

This is me and my cuz, Jarrett. This is how pictures turn out when there's an 8 year old behind the camera. Thanks Megan!! Love you!
My sister Jeni's husband, Jeremi and their cute little boy, Jace. We loved seeing them!

Jarrett throwing our kids violently onto that tiny trampoline pad at Nana's. They loved every minute of it!
Feeding frenzy at Thanksgiving!! Actually there was plenty of yummy food to go around. We had so much fun with our family! That's Adam, Burke, Aunt Dana, Bailey, and Elsie.

We got an awesome surprise when we looked out the window of our room in Pinetop Thanksgiving morning. It was beautiful! Our kids played in the snow all morning. They had a great time! This is my Cameron.

Big brother Kade helping Pierce make a snowball. That's Pierce's first time seeing snow as it's falling.

Faun and her little superstar, Callie. Her Aunt Erin and I agree. She is one special little person. She is doing so great. She amazes us!! This is us at a late night visit at Aunt Jona's. Did I already mention how much I love my family!!!

Cameron loved his bubble beard. He said he thinks he looks like Grandpa Doug! Some long, gray, wavy, hair mixed in on the top and you couldn't tell them apart, right!!
